养老机构老年人群日常生活活动能力与认知功能的相关性调查研究

Correlation analysis of activities of daily living and cognitive function of the elderly in senior care centers

目的探究养老机构老年人群日常生活活动能力和认知功能的相关性。方法采用目的抽样法,对长沙市4所养老机构的319名60~100岁的老年人进行一般资料、日常生活能力量表(activity of daily living scale,ADL)和简易精神状态量表(mini mental status examination,MMSE)调查。采用相关分析探讨老年人日常生活活动能力与认知功能的相关关系。结果养老机构老年人群ADL得分为(28.66±7.56)分,MMSE得分为(20.66±5.15)分;99.37%(317/319)的老年人存在不同程度的身体活动障碍;90.60%(289/319)的老年人存在不同程度的认知障碍。养老机构老年人的认知功能MMSE得分与ADL得分呈负相关,相关系数为-0.355(P<0.05)。结论养老机构老年人群的日常生活活动能力和认知功能都处于较低水平,并且日常活动能力与认知能力存在正相关关系,为制定有利于养老机构老年人的身体活动和认知训练方案提供依据。

Objective To understand the correlation between daily living activities and cognitive function of the elderly in senior care centers.Methods Using the target sampling method to collect general information,daily living activity scale(ADL)and mini-mental state scale(MMSE)of 319elderly people aged 60to 100in four nursing homes in Changsha.Correlation analysis to explore the relationship between daily living a and cognitive function in the elderly.Results The scores of daily living activities and the cognitive function of the elderly in senior care centers were 28.66±7.56and 20.66±5.15,99.37%of the elderly had different degrees of impaired physical mobility and 90.60%had different degrees of cognitive disorder.There was a negative correlation between cognitive function and ADL of the elderly in senior care centers with the correlation coefficient of-0.355.Conclusions The daily living activity and cognitive function of the elderly in senior care centers are at a low level.There is a clear positive correlation between daily living activity and cognitive ability,which provides a basis for the formulation of physical activity and cognitive training programs for the elderly in senior care centers.
