摘要
以纳米SiO2为稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)为交联单体、丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体、过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用Pickering乳液聚合法制备了环保型无甲醛硬挺整理剂。探讨了无机纳米粒子用量、油水相质量比、软硬单体质量比、不同交联单体对乳液及整理织物综合性能的影响。结果表明,当纳米SiO2占单体总量4%、油水相质量比为2:5,MMA与BA质量比为3:2、DAAM、AA、APS占单体总量的1.7%时,乳液性能最优。将所制得的乳液用于纯棉织物硬挺整理,棉织物的硬挺度从4.4cm增至11.1cm,水洗5次后硬挺度仍有9.2cm;棉织物断裂强力从320.0N提升至365.5N,且整理后织物具有一定的拒水性能。
An environmental friendly formaldehyde-free stiffening agent is synthesized by using Pickering emulsion polymerization method with nano-SiO2 as a stabilizer,methyl methacrylate(MMA)as a hard monomer,butyl acrylate(BA)as a soft monomer,diacetone acrylamide(DAAM)as a cross-linking monomer,and ammonium persulfate(APS)as an initiator.The effects of the dosage of inorganic nanoparticles,mass ratio of oil phase to water phase,mass ratio of soft monomer to hard monomer,and different cross-linking monomers on the properties of polymer emulsion and finished fabric are investigated.The results show that the polymer emulsion has excellent properties,under the conditions of nano-SiO2 4% to the total monomer,mass ratio of oil phase to water phase of 2:5,rrjass ratio of MMA to BA of 3:2,and the cross-linking monomer DAAM,AA and APS of 1.7% to the total monomer respectively.The prepared polymer emulsion is used for stiffening finish of cotton fabrics,the warp bending length of the finished fabrics can be increased from 4.4 cm to 11.0 cm,and still remained 9.2 cm after 5 laundering cycles,the breaking strength can be increased from 320.0 N to 365.5 N,and the finished fabrics have waterrepellent properties.
