纯棉织物活性数码印花浆料的性能及上浆工艺

Properties and sizing process of reactive dye digital printing paste for cotton fabric

研究纯棉织物印花浆料海藻酸钠浆、CMC浆、FT-2浆和小麦淀粉浆的性能,筛选纯棉织物活性染料数码印花浆料,并优化数码印花浆料FT-2上浆工艺。结果表明,FT-2浆料4%,碳酸氢钠3%,尿素12%,硫酸钠1.5%,上浆后织物数码印花表面得色较深,线条清晰,底纹白净,织物手感柔软,色牢度好。

The properties of sodium alginate pastft,CMC paste,FT-2 paste and wheat starch paste for reactive dye digital printing of cotton fabric are studied,and the sizing process of FT-2 paste is optimized.The results show that under the conditions of FT-2 paste 4%,sodium bicarbonate 3%,urea 12%and sodi­um sulfate 1.5%,the dye depth of digital printing surface is deep,the lines are clear,the shading is clean,the fabric feels soft and the color fastness is good.
