摘要
microRNA是一类具有非编码功能的RNA,在植物、病毒以及人类中广泛存在,其参与人体多个生理过程,具有显著的调节作用。microRNA能够与mRNA结合从而使mRNA酶降解,即可阻断相应蛋白的编码,对其生物学功能造成改变和影响。最近几年的发现表明,microRNA与众多肺癌的发生、发展、诊断、治疗、预后等密切相关。肺癌是具有高发病率、低治疗率、高致死率的一种肺癌,成为危害人们生命健康的头号杀手。研究表明,microRNA在肺癌疾病的诊断筛查等过程中具有显著的特异度和敏感度。本文分析了microRNA的产生机制,并对microRNA特异性表达对肺癌诊断及预后生物学标志物方法进行了认真分析探讨,这为microRNA在肺癌诊断、治疗和预后方面的临床价值提供参考依据。
MicroRNA is a type of RNA with non-coding functions.It exists widely in plants,viruses,and humans.It participates in many physiological processes of the human body and has significant regulatory effects.MicroRNA can bind to mRNA to degrade mRNA enzyme,which can block the coding of the corresponding protein and cause changes and effects on its biological function.The findings in recent years indicate that microRNA is closely related to the occurrence,development,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of many lung cancers.Lung cancer is a kind of lung cancer with high morbidity,low treatment rate and high lethality,and it has become the number one killer that endangers people′s life and health.Studies have shown that microRNAs have significant specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis and screening of lung cancer diseases.This article analyzes the mechanism of microRNA production,and carefully analyzes the specific expression of microRNAs in the diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.It provides a reference for the clinical value of microRNA in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of lung cancer.
