摘要
基于静电纺丝技术微纳米多级结构的研究现状,着重阐述了纳米纤维多级结构的成型机理。通过调控聚合物溶液性质、加工参数以及环境条件,获得直径可控、比表面积大、孔隙率高、具有多级结构(如串珠、沟槽、螺旋、核壳、中空、纳米孔洞、纳米凸起等)的纳米纤维,从而实现多级纳米纤维的可控制备和结构的精细调控。
Based on the research status of electrospinning technology,the formation mechanism of nano⁃fiber hierarchical structure was discussed.By adjusting the properties of polymer solution,processing parame⁃ters and environmental conditions,the nanofibers with controllable diameter,large specific surface area,high porosity and hierarchical structure,such as beads,grooves,spirals,core-shell,hollow,nano holes,nano bulg⁃es,etc.,were obtained,so as to realize the controllable preparation of multi-level nanofibers and fine control of the structure.
