摘要
研究了电容器钽粉制备过程搅拌钠还原工序添加细化剂Na2SO4对中间产品水洗粉粒度和最终产品FTB-48钽粉粒度及电性能的影响。试验结果表明,添加细化剂Na2SO4制得的水洗粉和FTB-48钽粉粒径均减小,且FTB-48钽粉烧结收缩率和重量比容均有所提高。中间产品水洗粉在高温热处理过程中会相互凝聚烧结,造成FTB-48钽粉产品粒径有所增大。
The effects of adding the refiner Na2SO4 in the stirring sodium reduction process during capacitor tantalum powder preparation on the particle size of the intermediate product washed powder and the particle size and electrical properties of the final product FTB-48 tantalum powder were studied.The experimental results indicate that the particle sizes of the washed powder and FTB-48 tantalum powder prepared by adding the refiner Na2SO4 were reduced,and the sintering shrinkage and weight specific capacitance of FTB-48 tantalum powder were improved to some extent.The intermediate product washed powder will agglomerate and sinter during the high-temperature heat treatment,which causes the particle size of FTB-48 tantalum powder product to increase.
