摘要
目的分析2004-2018年南通市通州区疟疾发病趋势和规律,为预防和消除疟疾工作提供依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制中心疾病监测信息报告管理系统(网络直报系统)以及全国疾病控制调查制度《疟疾防治工作调查表》(年报系统),收集2004-2018年南通市通州区疟疾疫情数据资料,利用描述流行病学方法统计分析疟疾疫情特征,用Excel 2010软件进行统计分析。结果2004-2018南通市通州区疟疾发病107例,年均报告发病率为0.60/10万,未发生死亡病例。2011-2018年未发生本地感染病例,全部为境外输入病例。南通市通州区一年四季均有疟疾发病,各镇(街道)均有疟疾病例,年均报告发病率以金沙街道最高(1.23/10万),川姜镇其次(0.99/10万),病例以男性及青壮年和农民工为主。境外输入疟疾病例以实验室确诊病例为主,本地感染病例间日疟以临床诊断为主,68例境外输入疟疾病例回国-发病间隔时间中位数(M)为8天,最小值-56天,最大值240天;发病-诊断间隔时间M为4天,最小值0天,最大值59天。结论南通市通州区疟疾疫情已得到有效控制,但输入性疟疾尤其是输入性恶性疟所占比例呈大幅度上升趋势。
Objective To analyze the epidemic trend and regularity of malaria in Tongzhou District of Nantong City from 2004-2018,provide evidence for the prevention and elimination of malaria.Methods Data of malaria epidemic situation in Tongzhou District of Nantong City from 2004-2018 were collected by using the disease monitoring information report management system(network direct report system)of China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and malaria prevention and control questionnaire(annual report system)of the National Survey System of Disease Control,the malaria epidemic characteristics was statistically analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method,and excel 2010 software was applied for statistical analysis.Results Totally 107 cases of malaria were reported in Tongzhou District of Nantong City from 2004-2018,with an average annual reported incidence of 0.60/lakh,and there was no death.From 2011-2018,there were no cases of local infection,all of which were imported from abroad.Malaria occurred in Tongzhou District of Nantong City throughout the year,and the cases were reported in all towns(streets).The annual reported incidence in Jinsha Street(1.23/lakh)was the highest,followed by Chuanjiang Town(0.99/lakh).The cases were mainly male,young adults and peasant workers.The cases of imported malaria were mainly confirmed by laboratory,while the local infected cases of vivax malaria were mainly confirmed by clinical diagnosis.The median return-onset interval of 68 imported cases was 8 days,the minimum was-56 days,and the maximum was 240 days.The median onsetdiagnosis interval was 4 days,the minimum was 0 day,and the maximum was 59 days.Conclusion Malaria epidemic situation in Tongzhou District of Nantong City has been effectively controlled,but the proportion of imported malaria,especially imported falciparum malaria,has increased significantly.
