契约和关系视域下供应链金融物流信用缺失治理机制研究

Research on Governance Mechanism of Credit Deficiency in Supply Chain Finance Logistics from the Perspective of Contract and Relationship

供应链金融物流是供给侧结构性改革背景下推进"贸易+物流+金融"创新融合发展的新业态、新路径,但参与方的信用缺失严重阻碍了其健康发展。在交易费用理论和社会交换理论支撑下,综合考虑经济交易性因素与社会交换因素,从契约和关系两个层面提出供应链金融物流信用缺失治理机制。研究结果表明:在供应链金融物流信用缺失治理机制中,契约治理机制和关系治理机制可以相互补充、相互促进,共同降低交易费用,维持交易合作长期性,实现治理效果。

Under the background of supply-side structural reform, supply chain finance logistics is a new business mode and new path to promote the innovative and integrated development pattern of"trade+logistics+finance". However, the credit deficiency of its participants seriously limits its healthy development. Based on transaction cost theory and social exchange theory, this paper proposes a governance mechanism of credit deficiency in supply chain finance logistics from the perspectives of contract and relationship, comprehensively considering both economic transactional factors and social exchange factors. The results show that in the governance mechanism of credit deficiency in supply chain finance logistics, contract governance and relationship governance complement and promote each other, so as to jointly reduce transaction costs, maintain the long-term transaction cooperation, and achieve the governance effect.
