摘要
给出储能优化需要遵循的原则,然后从储能配置模型优化和运行优化两方面对储能优化配置进行研究。针对储能项目经济性收益评估,分别建立了储能成本模型和收益模型,通过分析储能充放电次数和充放电深度对储能寿命的影响,给出削峰填谷收益及调频运行收益等模型。基于某工业园区储能项目开展3类电池储能系统经济性分析,结果表明在目前储能技术条件下,各类电池储能系统的造价相对偏高,短期内投资用户侧电池储能系统收益不明显,但储能系统经过全生命周期运行所带来的各项收益还是相当显著的。
Firstly,the principles to be followed for energy storage optimization were given,and then the optimal energy storage configuration was studied from the two aspects of energy storage configuration model optimization and operation optimization.In view of the economic benefit evaluation of energy storage project,the energy storage cost model and benefit model were established respectively.By analyzing the impact of energy storage charge and discharge times and charge and discharge depth on the energy storage life,the peak-load and frequency-modulated operation benefit models were presented.Based on one industrial park energy storage project,the economic analysis of three kinds of battery energy storage system was carried out.The results show that under the condition of energy storage technology at present,all kinds of the cost of battery energy storage system are relatively high.The user-side battery energy storage system investment income in the short term is not obvious.But for the whole life cycle of energy storage system after operation,each income is quite remarkable.
