我国检验检测企业经济管理中存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the problems and countermeasures in the economic management of inspection and test⁃ing enterprises in China

我国检验检测行业总体发展态势良好,但在企业发展过程中却存在着思想观念落后、人力资源管理水平和企业管理能力有待提高的问题。从人性化、民主化、柔性化管理等3个方面对经济管理的发展趋势进行阐述,同时对我国检验检测行业经济管理中存在的问题及应对措施进行了分析,认为检验检测机构要进一步更新管理理念,完善企业法人治理结构,进一步培育可持续发展能力,从而推进我国检验检测行业高质量发展。

China's inspection and testing industry has a good developed trend in general.However,there are back⁃ward ideas,human resources management level and enterprise management capacity to be improved.From three aspects,such as humanization,democratization,flexible management,the development trend of the economic management was elaborated.At the same time,the problems existing in the economic management and countermea⁃sures of China's inspection and testing industry were analyzed.The inspection and testing enterprises need to further update the management idea,improve the corporate governance structure and further cultivate sustainable develop⁃ment ability,so as to promote the high-quality development of testing industry in China.
