Design and Implementation of University Office System Based on Flowable Workflow

摘要 为满足高校办公信息化的个性化需求,缩短流程业务办理时间,针对传统操作方式任务繁重、效率低下的现状,介绍了业务流程建模注解BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation),提出通过Flowable工作流引擎实现业务流程中的逻辑处理。通过请假申请流程对工作流的定义过程进行了分析,基于Flowable设计并实现了高校办公系统,使用表明能够满足高校办公需求。 In view of the arduous tasks and low efficiency of traditional operation methods,the Business Process Modeling Notation(BPMN)is introduced,and the logic processing implemented in business process is also proposed through Flowable workflow engine,in order to meet the personalized requirements of university office information and shorten the processing time of process business.In addition,the workflow definition process is analyzed through leave application process,and the university office system is designed and implemented based on Flowable.Besides,the application shows that it can meet the requirements of university office.
