糙米-豆粕型日粮对断奶仔猪生长性能及蛋白质代谢的影响

Effects of brown rice-soybean meal diet on growth performance and protein metabolism of weaned piglets

本研究旨在评估糙米-豆粕型日粮对断奶仔猪生长性能及蛋白质代谢的影响。试验选择平均初始体重为7.5kg的25d断奶仔猪120头,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头。两组分别饲喂以玉米或糙米为基础日粮,试验共进行14d。结果 :糙米日粮组1~14d仔猪日增重较玉米日粮组显著提高了22.04%(P <0.05),同时饲料效率显著提高14.42%(P <0.05)。与玉米型日粮组相比,糙米日粮组血浆葡萄糖和胰岛素浓度显著提高12.26%和34.55%(P <0.05)。但糙米日粮组血浆尿素氮浓度较玉米日粮组显著降低44.83%(P <0.05)。糙米日粮组血浆缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、色氨酸和甘氨酸浓度较玉米日粮组分别显著提高27.63%、74.19%、32.84%和93.51%(P <0.05),而组氨酸浓度较玉米日粮组显著降低22.5%(P <0.05)。结论 :在不改变采食量的情况下,日粮添加糙米可以改善断奶仔猪日增重和饲料效率,并可能增加断奶仔猪蛋白质沉积。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a brown rice-soybean meal diet on growth performance and protein metabolism in weaned piglets.A total of 12025 d weaned piglets with an average initial weight of 7.5 kg were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates for each group and 10 for each replicate.The two groups were fed either a corn or brown rice-based diet for a total of 14 days.Results:the daily weight gain of piglets in the brown rice group was 22.04%higher than that in the corn group(P<0.05),and the feed efficiency was 14.42%higher(P<0.05).Compared with the corn group,the serum glucose and insulin concentrations of the brown rice group were significantly increased by 12.26%and 34.55%(P<0.05).However,the serum urea nitrogen concentration in the brown rice group was significantly lower than that in the corn group by 44.83%(P<0.05).The serum concentration of valine,isolucine,tryptophan and glycine in the brown rice group increased by 27.63%,74.19%,32.84%and 93.51%,respectively,compared with the corn group(P<0.05),while the concentration of histidine significantly decreased by 22.5%compared with the corn diet group(P<0.05).Conclusion:adding brown rice to the diet can improve daily weight gain and feed efficiency of weaned piglets without changing feed intake,and may increase protein deposition in weaned piglets.
