摘要
二十年来,我国幼畜的培育水平不断提高,有力地支持了牛、羊等草食家畜养殖业的发展。犊牛、羔羊代乳粉产品的研发从无到有,配方从模仿国外到完全自主创新,饲喂方式从简单的手工操作到规范化、标准化,涌现出一批基础性和应用性研究,形成了特色的饲料产品研究与应用体系。本文通过对国内犊牛、羔羊代乳粉营养水平、原料组成、配套饲养等技术研究与应用进行了综述,以期较为全面地梳理这一特殊产品的发展现状及趋势。
In the past two decades, the breeding level of young animals in China has been constantly improved, which strongly supports the development of cattle, sheep and other herbivorous livestock breeding industry. The research and development of milk replacers for calves and lambs are from scratch, the formula are from imitation to completely independent innovation, the feeding management is from simple manual operation to standardized, emerged a number of basic and applied research, formed a characteristic feed product research and application system. In this paper, the researches and application of the nutrient levels, ingredients composition,feeding techniques of calf and lamb milk powder were summarized, in order to comprehensively review the development status and trend of this special product.
