不同干燥方法对金银花叶主要成分的影响 被引量:7

Effects of different drying methods on the main components of honeysuckle leaves

摘要 为研究不同干燥方式对金银花叶中主要化学成分含量的影响,本研究采用HPLC和UV法测定不同干燥方式金银花叶中绿原酸、马钱苷、木犀草苷、总黄酮、总酚酸和总环烯醚萜苷的含量;采用单因素方差分析对数据进行综合分析。结果表明:除木犀草苷外,在40℃烘干时五种成分含量均呈现出最大值,此外总黄酮、总酚酸、总环烯醚萜苷三种成分同时在阴干和40℃烘干时呈现出较高含量。随着烘干温度的升高,大多数有效成分的含量在70℃烘干时最低,80℃和100℃烘干时含量呈现上升趋势。综上,不同干燥方式对金银花叶主要有效成分含量影响显著,同一成分受不同烘干方式影响而呈现含量差异,不同成分的适宜干燥方式不同。结合生产实践,可根据所需成分选取适宜干燥方式。 To investigate the effects of dry drying,vacuum drying at 60 ℃ and blast drying(40,50,60,70,80,100 ℃ ) on the main chemical constituents in the leaves of honeysuckle. HPLC and UV spectrophotometer were used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid,loganin,luteolin,total brass,total phenolic acid and total iridoid glycosides in different drying methods of honeysuckle leaves. The data was analyzed comprehensively by one-way analysis of variance. The results showed as follows:In addition to luteolin,the content of the five components showed the maximum at 40 ℃. In addition,the total flavonoids,total phenolic acid and total iridoid glycosides were simultaneously dried in the dry and 40 ℃ showed a higher content. With the increase of drying temperature,the content of most active ingredients was the lowest at 70 ℃,and the content at 80 ℃ and 100 ℃ was on the rise. Different drying methods have significant effects on the content of six active ingredients in honeysuckle leaves. The same ingredients were affected by different drying methods,and the different drying methods were different. In combination with production practices,a suitable drying method could be selected according to the desired ingredients.
