不同水平的微生物发酵苜蓿干草对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及免疫指标的影响 被引量:9

Effects of microbial fermentation of alfalfa hay at different levels on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and immune indices of mutton sheep

摘要 为研究不同水平的微生物发酵苜蓿干草对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及血清中免疫指标的影响,选择健康、体重相近的肉羊30只随机分成3组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只,1组为对照组饲喂苜蓿干草,试验2组饲喂50%苜蓿干草+50%微生物发酵苜蓿干草,试验3组饲喂微生物发酵苜蓿干草,预试验7 d,试验期56 d。试验结束测定肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及血清生化指标。结果表明:(1)试验3组的平均日增重显著高于1组(P <0.05);试验3组的料重比显著低于1组(P <0.05);试验2、3组的平均采食量均高于1组(P> 0.05)。(2)试验2、3组干物质、粗蛋白质、钙、磷表观消化率均高于1组(P> 0.05);试验3组的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维显著高于1组(P <0.05)。(3)试验2、3组血清中IgG、IgM的含量均高于1组(P> 0.05);试验3组血清中的IgA含量显著高于1组(P <0.05)。综上,微生物发酵苜蓿干草替代苜蓿干草可以提高肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及免疫机能,具有临床应用与推广价值。 In order to study the effects of different levels of microbial fermentation of alfalfa hay on growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and serum immune indexes of mutton sheep. 30 healthy mutton sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into three groups with 10 replicates of 1 each. The control group 1 was fed with alfalfa hay,the experimental group 2 was fed with 50% alfalfa hay + 50% microbial fermentation alfalfa hay,and the experimental group 3 was fed with microbial fermentation alfalfa hay. The preliminary experiment lasted 7 days and the experimental period was 56 days.The growth,apparent digestibility of nutrients and serum biochemical indexes of mutton sheep were measured at the end of the experiment.The results showed that:(1) The average daily gain of the group 3 was significantly higher than that of the group 1(P < 0.05);The feed-weight ratio of the group 3 was significantly lower than that of the group 1(P < 0.05);The average feed intake of the groups 2 and 3 was higher than that of the group 1(P > 0.05).(2) The apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,calcium and phosphorus in groups 2 and 3 were higher than that in group 1,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05);The neutral and acid detergent fibers in group 3 were significantly higher than those in group 1(P < 0.05).(3) The levels of Ig G and Ig M in serum of groups 2 and 3 were higher than those of group 1,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05);the levels of IgA in serum of group 3 was significantly higher than that of group 1(P < 0.05).In conclusion that microbial fermentation of alfalfa hay instead of alfalfa hay could improve the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and immune function of mutton sheep,and has clinical value and popularization value.
