甘露寡糖在动物生产中的应用研究进展

Application of mannose-oligosaccharide in animal production

甘露寡糖(MOS)是近年来广泛应用于养殖业的一种新型添加剂,是从酵母培养细胞壁中提取的一类活性物质,存在于微生物细胞壁以及植物的块茎和种子中,具有促进有益菌群抵制病原菌、增强机体免疫力、调节脂肪及糖的代谢、提高饲料转化率等作用。本文就甘露寡糖的理化特性、生理功能、在畜禽生产中的应用及作用效果的影响因素等进行综述。

Mannan-oligosaccharide(MOS) is a new additive widely used in the breeding industry in recent years,which is a kind of active substance extracted from the cell wall of yeast culture. It exists in the cell wall of microorganism and the tuber and seed of plant,which can promote the beneficial flora to resist the pathogen,enhance the immunity,regulate the metabolism of fat and sugar,and improve the feed conversion rate.This article reviewed the physical and chemical properties,physiological function,application in live stock and polltry production and the factors of the effect of mannose oligosaccharides.
