摘要 根据南通地区水利分区并结合南通市平原河网地区模型,通过对南通各排涝片区的地面高程、设计暴雨下的河网排涝能力分析,综合考虑河网水位分布的适应性和合理性,目标的可达性,区域内重要城区的排涝需求以及重要航道的通航要求,确定南通市域的排涝控制水位。 According to the water conservancy partition of the Nantong area,combined with the plain river network area model of Nantong City,through the analysis of the ground elevation and the drainage capacity of the river network under the design storm of each drainage area in Nantong,the adaptability and rationality of the water level distribution,the target accessibility,the drainage requirements of important urban areas in the region,and navigation requirements of important waterways were comprehensively considered,so as to determine the controlled water level of drainage in Nantong area.
