Taking the dike reinforcement project of Huai-Shu River Diversion as an example,the specific construction process and the quality control points during construction of the vertical laying plastic film anti-seepage treatment technology were discussed and summarized. By strengthening the quality control of the key links such as slotting,film rolling,plastic film connection,plastic film laying and back-filling groove to ensure the project quality,and provide reference for similar projects in the future.
