客家文化融入大学生劳动教育的德育价值及其实现路径

Moral Education Value and Realization Path of Hakka Culture in University Students'Labour Education

随着社会急剧转型变迁和人民生活水平的提高,当代大学生劳动教育存在目标改变力不明晰、价值召唤力式微、教育方式执行力不足、劳动教育感染力淡薄等问题。客家地区高校亟待深挖客家文化德育资源,将客家文化融于劳动教育之中,通过优化大学生劳动教育课程设计、运用心理学理论提升劳动教育教学质量、侧重培养学生劳动参与感和获得感等多种形式,以教修德,立德树人,实现培养大学生德育情操、促进大学生全面发展的目的。

With the rapid transformation of society and the improvement of people's living standards,There are many problems in contemporary university students'labor education:the target change force is not clear,the weak power of value,the implementation of educational methods is inadequate and the weak appeal of labor education.It is urgent for the universities in Hakka area to dig deeply into the resources of Hakka culture and moral education,integrating Hakka culture into labor education.In order to improve the level of moral education through teaching,strengthen moral education and cultivate people,promote the all-round development of university students,this paper study how to optimize the curriculum design of university students'labor education,using psychological theory to improve the quality of labor education,focusing on cultivating students'sense of labor participation and sense of gain and so on.
