农村校办幼儿园的两难困境及破解路径--以吉林省L县为例

摘要 通过对L县教育行政管理人员、校办园园长、乡镇中心校校长、校办园教师等进行访谈,并实地考察,发现校办园的办学存在多方面的两难困境,例如巨大的办学需求与尴尬的办学条件,期待的教育效益与不理想的师资质量,急迫的专业培训需求与不适宜的培训要求等。为突破两难困境,本文提出以下破解路径:加强对校办园的办学投入,配齐幼儿教师,实现同工同酬;提升地方行政管理效力,健全学前教育管理体制;提升校办园的自主管理权,落实园长负责制;改善农村家长的育儿观念,提高家园共育质量。 Rural school-operated kindergarten is the only existing form of public kindergarten in rural areas around L County,Jilin Province.Through interviews with educational administrators in L County,the principals of rural school-operated kindergartens,the principals of township center school and teachers of rural school-operated kindergartens,and field observation,it is found that rural school-operated kindergartens are facing many dilemmas,such as huge demand and awkward conditions,expected educational benefits and unsatisfactory quality of teachers,urgent professional training demand and unsuitable training requirements.In order to break through the predicament,it is necessary to strengthen the investment in rural school-operated kindergarten,coordinate kindergarten teachers and achieve equal pay for equal work;enhance the self-management power of rural school-operated kindergarten,and so on.
