摘要 功率放大器作为接收机的重要组成部分,由于其内部半导体器件本身非线性的存在,极易激发接收机产生非线性响应,造成系统性能降级甚至产生故障。文中引入一种对功率放大器非线性特性的快速测试方法,即双频自动测试技术,并通过对双频扫频策略进行优化,将测试时间缩短将近1 2。然后利用建立功率放大器传输信号通道的频率条件方程库,对所有非线性干扰响应通道进行检测,获取功率放大器的非线性特性。测试结果对于评估功率放大器的电磁兼容性具有重要参考价值。 The power amplifier,an important part of the receiver,can easily excite the nonlinear response of the receiver due to the inherent nonlinearity of its internal semiconductor devices,which may cause system performance degradation or even failure. A fast testing method,double-frequency automatic testing technology,for dealing with the nonlinear characteristic of the power amplifier is introduced,and the testing time is reduced by nearly half by optimizing the double frequency sweep strategy.The frequency conditional equation library of establishing the transmission signal channel of the power amplifier is utilized to detect all the nonlinear interference response channels and obtain the nonlinear characteristics of the power amplifier. The testing results have an important reference value for evaluating the electromagnetic compatibility of power amplifiers.
