BIM技术在电子信息化控制工程成本管理中的应用建模

Application modeling of BIM technology in cost management of electronic informatization control project

为了提高电子信息化控制工程的成本管理能力,降低工程的运维开销,提出基于BIM技术的电子信息化控制工程成本管理控制模型。建立电子信息化控制工程成本管理的约束参数模型,采用全样本面板数据分析方法进行电子信息化控制工程的运行管理的成本序列特征分析,提取工程成本管理的统计特征序列分布集;采用模糊信息特征挖掘方法进行电子信息化控制工程成本管理的运维可靠性分析,结合回归分析和统计检验的方法,进行电子信息化控制工程管理成本的优化预测;采用BIM信息分析技术进行工程管理成本的定量分析和自适应预测,实现对电子信息化控制工程成本的优化管理。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行电子信息化控制工程成本管理的可靠性较好,成本自适应控制能力较强,预测精度较高。

A BIM technology based cost management control model of electronic informatization control project is proposed to improve the cost management ability of electronic informatization control project and reduce the operation and maintenance expenses of the project. The constraint parameter model of cost management of electronic information control project is established,and the cost sequence features of the operation management of electronic informatization control project is analyzed by means of the full sample panel data analysis method. The statistical feature sequence distribution of project cost management is extracted,and the operation and maintenance reliability analysis of the cost management of the electronic informatizaion control project is carried out by means of the fuzzy information feature mining method. In combination with the method of regression analysis and statistical test,the optimal prediction of management cost of the electronic informatization control project is performed,and the quantitative analysis and adaptive prediction of project management cost are conducted by means of BIM information analysis technology,so as to realize the optimal cost management of the electronic informatization control project.The simulation results show that the reliability of the cost management of electronic informatization control project by means of this method is well,the cost adaptive control ability is strong,and the prediction accuracy is high.
