浙江舟山养殖海域沉积物微塑料污染特征 被引量:4

摘要 以浙江舟山养殖海域表层沉积物以及周围典型的潮滩作为研究区,分离提取表层沉积物以及潮滩表层微塑料,共7个研究区,24个采样点。结果表明:沉积物的微塑料丰度为(5.9±1.6)^(20.46±10.32)个/100 g[干质量(DW),下同],沙滩沉积物的微塑料丰度为(27.90±13.2)^(74.25±25.52)个/100 g,沉积物类型与其附近潮滩微塑料类型相关。微塑料按照外观形状分为碎片类、纤维类、发泡类和薄膜类,其中纤维类所占比重最高,为72.05%,微塑料的粒径集中在1 mm以下。微塑料颜色以较浅色为主,其中白色数量最多。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪可以得出提取的微塑料的化学成分,包括聚酯类、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯以及聚酰胺等。研究结果有助于常规海洋生物调查,可作为评估海洋垃圾,特别是微塑料的依据。
