摘要
论文基于2019年内蒙古通辽市微观调查数据,运用工具变量和中介效应法,从农民创业的中介效应视角实证检验金融素养的增收效应。研究结果表明:金融素养具有显著的增收效应,且这种影响在纠正了内生性后依然存在;金融素养通过影响农户创业行为,进而实现收入水平向上流动,创业在金融素养的增收效应中发挥部分中介作用,且中介效应占总效应的3.2%。因此,政府将提高农民金融素养水平作为公共政策的瞄准目标,不仅可以通过提高农民家庭创业率为经济转型提供内生动力,还可以促进农民收入水平的增长,这将对我国乡村振兴战略的推进和脱贫成效的巩固具有十分重要的意义。
Based on collected data from microscopic survey of Tongliao City in Inner Mongolia in 2019,we use instrumental variables and the intermediary effect method to test the income growth effect of financial literacy from the perspective of the intermediary effect of farmers’entrepreneurship.The empirical results show that:financial literacy has a significant income-increasing effect,and this effect still exists after endogenousness corrected.Financial literacy promotes income growth by affecting farmers’entrepreneurial behavior.Entrepreneurship plays an intermediary role in the income-increasing effect of financial literacy,and the intermediary effect accounts for 3.2%of the total effect.Taking the improvement of farmers’financial literacy as a goal of public policy can not only provide endogenous power for the economic transformation by increasing the entrepreneurial rate of farmers’families,but also promote the growth of farmers’income levels,which will increase the promotion of rural revitalization strategies and the poverty alleviation.
