摘要
以谷胱甘肽为稳定剂,采用一步水热法合成具有橙色荧光的水溶性CuInZnS量子点(CIZS QDs)。研究CIZS QDs的最佳合成条件,通过TEM、XRD、XPS等对其形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明:水溶性CIZS QDs为准球形,平均直径3.76 nm,单分散性较好;该量子点作为荧光探针可用于Pb^(2+)的检测,其检测限为517.8 nM,在饮用水中铅离子的检测方面具有很大的潜力。
Using glutathione(GSH)as the stabilizer,a one-step hydrothermal method was used to synthesize water-soluble CuInZnS QDs with orange fluorescence.The optimum synthesis conditions of CIZS QDs were studied.The morphology and structure of the synthesized quantum dots were characterized by transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the water-soluble CIZS QDs are quasi-spherical,with an average diameter of 3.76 nm and good monodispersity.In addition,the QDs can be used as a fluorescent probe for the detection of Pb2+,and its detection limit(LOD)is 517.8 nM,which has great potential in the detection of lead in drinking water.
