摘要
选取3个不同种质来源的燕麦品种开展大田试验,在灌浆期对燕麦植株实施不同程度的遮雨处理(不遮(对照)、半遮和全遮),通过动态检测其旗叶叶片含水量的方式量化干旱胁迫与燕麦籽粒β-葡聚糖含量的关系。结果显示,随着干旱胁迫的加剧,坝莜1号燕麦籽粒总的β-葡聚糖含量和水溶性β-葡聚糖含量都在减少;品燕2号燕麦籽粒总的β-葡聚糖含量和水溶性β-葡聚糖含量则先增加后减少;白燕3号燕麦籽粒总的β-葡聚糖含量在减少,水溶性β-葡聚糖含量在增加。研究结果可为进一步探讨环境因素对燕麦品质的影响提供基础数据,也为燕麦种植的大田管理提供理论依据。
In this study,we selected three varieties of oats,which came from different germplasm sources,and then carried out field experiments.During the filling stage,three different degrees of rain prevented fall treatments(uncovered(control),half-covered and full-covered)were used to prevent rain from falling onto the oat plants,and water content in flag leaves and quantitative analysis of the relationship between drought stress andβ-glucan content in oat grains was dynamically detected.The results showed that with the intensification of drought stress,the Bayou 1 oat kernels totalβ-glucan content and water-solubleβ-glucan content both decreased,the totalβ-glucan content and water-solubleβ-glucan content of Pinyan 2 oat kernels increased first and then decreased,and the totalβ-glucan content of Baiyan 3 oat kernels decreased,while the water-solubleβ-glucan content increased.The research results will provide basic data for further exploring the impact of environmental factors on oat quality,and also provide a theoretical basis for field management of oat cultivation.
