摘要
以先玉335的母本PH6WC为试验材料,从授粉后第35天开始每隔6 d取样测定其籽粒灰度、宽度、长度、百粒质量、容重、含水率、SOD酶活性等指标,并采用标准发芽法、人工老化发芽法、冷浸发芽法和冷冻发芽法分析不同收获期PH6WC籽粒的活力。结果表明,随着收获期后移,PH6WC籽粒的宽度、长度、百粒质量、容重、SOD酶活性逐步升高,灰度和含水率逐步降低;种子活力在授粉后59 d时达到最高。PH6WC的最佳收获期为授粉后59 d。
PH6WC,the female parent of Xianyu 335,was used as the test material,from the 35th day after pollination,the grain gray,width,length,100 grain quality,bulk density,moisture content,SOD enzyme activity and other indexes were measured,measured every 6 d.The seed vigor of PH6WC at different harvest periods was analyzed by standard germination method,artificial aging germination method,cold soaking germination method and frozen germination method.The results showed that the width,length,100 grain quality,bulk density and SOD activity of PH6WC increased with the harvest stage postponing,while the gray and moisture content decreased gradually.And the seed activity reached the highest on the 59 d after pollination.The results show that the best harvest time of PH6WC is on the 59 d after pollination.
