玫烟色棒束孢IF-1106菌株液体培养条件优化 被引量:1

摘要 以玫烟色棒束孢菌株为试验材料,首先确定菌株液体培养的最适碳源和氮源组合,然后在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验研究蔗糖质量分数、蛋白胨质量分数以及培养时间对菌株菌丝生物量和产孢量的影响,以明确玫烟色棒束孢最适液体培养条件。结果表明,菌丝生物量最大时的培养条件为:蔗糖质量分数5%、蛋白胨质量分数1.5%、培养时间6 d;产孢量最大时的培养条件为:蔗糖质量分数4%、蛋白胨质量分数0.5%、培养时间7 d。适合菌丝生长的培养条件与适合产孢的培养条件是不一致的,可以根据目的不同选用不同的培养条件。 Using Isaria fumosorosea strain as experimental material,the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources combination for liquid culture of Isaria fumosorosea strain were determined.On the basis of single factor experiments,the effects of sucrose mass fraction,peptone mass fraction and culture time on the mycelial biomass and the sporulation of the strain were studied by orthogonal experiments to explore the optimum liquid culture conditions of Isaria fumosorosea.The results showed that when the culture conditions were sucrose mass fraction 5%,peptone mass fraction 1.5%,culture time 6 d,the mycelial biomass was the most.When the culture conditions were sucrose mass fraction 4%,peptone mass fraction 0.5%,culture time 7 d,the sporulation was the most.The culture conditions suitable for the growth of the mycelium are not consistent with the culture conditions suitable for sporulation,and different culture conditions should be selected according to the purpose.
