摘要
为了筛选适用于本地小花蝽优势种的人工繁育技术,在调查天津地区小花蝽种类及优势种基础上,比较了3种半固体饲料对小花蝽发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明,东亚小花蝽为天津地区优势种,添加复合维生素的半固体饲料(A3)饲养的小花蝽若虫接近80%可发育为成虫,显著高于另外饲料饲养的若虫存活率(低于60%);不同饲料饲养的小花蝽若虫发育为成虫后产卵能力有明显的不同,添加复合维生素对小花蝽的生殖力具有重要影响,产卵量显著高于其他3种饲料饲养所得成虫(单雌产卵量超过69粒)。研究表明,用人工饲料饲养小花蝽若虫可补充20%的复合维生素。
To screen the artificial breeding techniques suitable for the local predominant species of Orius sauteri in Tianjin,based on the investigation of species and predominant species of Orius sauteri in Tianjin,the effects of three kinds of semi-solid artificial feed on the development and oviposition ability of Orius sauteri were studied.The results showed that Orius sauteri was the predominant species in Tianjin.Nearly 80%of Orius sauteri nymphs were developed to adults by feeding a semi-solid feed supplemented with multivitamins,which was significantly higher than those fed on vitamin free feed(survival rates<60%).Oviposition ability of Orius sauteri was significantly influenced when different feed were fed during their nymphs.Female Orius sauteri fed on feed with multivitamin laid significantly more eggs(more than 69 eggs per female)than those fed on vitamin free feed.As a conclusion,about 20%multivitamin is a good supplementary as artificial feed for rearing Orius sauteri.
