不同含量发酵豆粕对断奶仔猪生产性能、养分表观消化率、粪便微生物的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Different Levels of Fermented Soybean Meal on Growth Performance,Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Fecal Microorganism of Weaned Piglets

摘要 试验选取120头健康的36日龄“杜×长×大”三元杂交仔猪,随机分为4组,对照组(CK)饲喂基础饲粮,T1、T2、T3组饲粮中分别添加5%、10%、15%发酵豆粕,研究饲料中添加不同含量发酵豆粕对断奶仔猪生产性能、养分表观消化率和粪便微生物数量的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组的末质量、平均日采食量显著增高,料质量比显著降低(P<0.05),且T2组最低;T2、T3组平均日增质量显著增高(P<0.05)。试验组的总能、有机物、粗蛋白、磷的表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),T2组有机物、粗蛋白和磷的表观消化率显著高于T1和T3组(P<0.05);粗脂肪、粗纤维、Ca的表观消化率各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组仔猪粪便中大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05);T2和T3组沙门氏菌数量分别显著低于CK和T1组(P<0.05);乳酸菌数量在各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。发酵豆粕可使仔猪的料质量比显著降低,总能、有机物、粗蛋白和磷的表观消化率显著提高,降低大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量,当发酵豆粕添加量为10%时,饲喂效果最佳。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of fermented soybean meal(FSM)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and fecal microflora of weaned piglets.A total of 120 healthy 36-day-old Duroc×Landrance×Yorkshire piglets were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and ten piglets in each replicate.The control group(CK)was fed with basic diet without FSM,and experiment groups(T1,T2,T3)were fed the diet supplemented with 5%,10%and 15%FSM,respectively.The results showed that compared with the CK group,the final bodyweight(FBW)and the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of experiment groups significantly increased(P<0.05),but the feed/gain(F/G)significantly decreased(P<0.05),the feed/gain of T2 group was the lowest.The average day gain(ADG)of was T2 and T3 group significantly increased(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in diarrhea frequency among all groups(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility of total energy,organic matter,crude protein and phosphorus in experiment group significantly increased(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of organic matter,crude protein and phosphorus in T2 group was significantly higher than that of T1 and T3 groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the apparent digestibility of crude fat,crude fiber and Ca among all groups(P>0.05).The number of fecal Escherichia coli in the experiment group significantly decreased(P<0.05).The number of Salmonella in the T2 and T3 groups was significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05).But,there were no significant differences in the number of lactic acid bacteria among all groups(P>0.05).The addition of fermented soybean meal to the diet of piglets can significantly reduce the F/G,significantly increase the apparent digestibility of total energy,organic matter,crude protein and phosphorus,and reduce the number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella.And when the amount of fermented soybean meal is added to 10%in the diet,the feeding effect on piglets is the best.
