HCZ-220型秸秆粉碎旋耕一体机的研制

Development of HCZ-220 Type Straw Crushing and Rotary Tillage Integrated Machine

针对目前我国秸秆还田技术中存在的诸多问题,结合农机、农艺及农民的实际需求,研制出一款粉碎和旋耕同时完成的HCZ-220型一体机。经田间测试,HCZ-220型秸秆粉碎旋耕一体机对秸秆具有良好的粉碎翻压效果,秸秆切碎平均长度为58 mm,秸秆粉碎率为86.94%,还田深度为96 mm,还田深度稳定性为97.31%,满足农艺要求,为后续免耕播种提供便利条件,并有利于秸秆分解转化,从而培肥地力。HCZ-220型秸秆粉碎旋耕一体机是一种可同时服务于保护性耕作和秸秆资源化利用的新型农机装备。

The research and development of a HCZ-220 type straw crushing and rotary tillage integrated machine were conducted to solve the problems existed recently of extensive straw return technology and which was in consideration of the agricultural machinery,agronomy and farmer's actual demand.In field trials,the HCZ-220 type straw crushing and rotary tillage integrated machine had good crushing and turning effect,which produced pulverized straw pieces 58 mm in length with a straw crushing rate 86.94%,and reached a straw return depth of 96 mm with a straw return depth consistency of 97.31%.That could meet the agronomic requirements,provide convenient conditions for the subsequent no-tillage sowing,conducive to straw decomposition and conversion,enrich the soil.The HCZ-220 type straw crushing and rotary tillage integrated machine is a novel equipment that serves conservation farming and straw recycling simultaneously.
