常压室温等离子体(ARTP)对灵芝菌丝体的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究常压室温等离子体(ARTP)处理对灵芝菌丝体生长速率、生物量以及灵芝多糖的影响。方法:以赤芝为研究对象,采用ARTP处理灵芝菌丝体,并测定其生长速率等3个指标,分析等离子体处理对灵芝菌丝体影响。结果:ARTP处理0.5 min生长速度最快,与对照组相比提高了9.96%,处理1 min菌丝体生物量最大,与对照组相比提高了25.03%,处理1 min灵芝多糖含量最高,与对照组相比提高了44.66%。结论:在一定时间处理范围内,ARTP处理能提高灵芝菌丝生长速度,生物量以及灵芝多糖含量。 Objective:To the effects of atmospheric pressure room-temperature plasma(ARTP)treatment on the growth rate,biomass and Ganoderma lingzhi polysaccharides of Ganoderma lingzhi.Methods:The study is conducted with Ganoderma lingzhi as research object,by taking plasma treatment of Ganoderma lingzhi mycelium,measurement index,analysis of plasma treatment on Ganoderma lingzhi mycelium.Results:Plasma treatment had the fastest growth rate at 0.5 min,which was increased by 9.96% compared with the control group.The mycelium biomass was the largest at 1 min treatment,which was 25.03% higher than the control group,and the Ganoderma lingzhi polysaccharides content was the highest at 1 minute treatment,compared with the control group.Increased by 44.66% compared to the group.Conclusion:Within a certain processing time,plasma increased the growth rate of Ganoderma lingzhi mycelium,biomass and content of Ganoderma lingzhi polysaccharides.
