原油中转装置CTV船体建造精度控制技术研究

摘要 船体建造精度控制技术对船舶的整个建造质量至关重要,尤其是CTV这种功能特殊、结构形式复杂、设备布置紧凑的原油中转装置,良好的建造精度控制有利于其大功率动力定位油轮。结合船厂的建造业务流程,综合考虑船厂场地、设备、人员配置等限制条件,制定贯穿CTV船体建造全流程的精度控制方案,能有效提高CTV现场船体建造的精度。 Hull construction accuracy control technology is very important to overall quality of construction of a ship, especially CTV(Cargo Transfer Vessel), a crude oil transfer device with special functions, complex structure and compact equipment layout. Adequate control of construction accuracy is conducive to its high-power dynamic positioning tanker. Combined with shipyard’s construction service process, and comprehensively considering the shipyard’s site, equipment, staffing and other constraints, it formulates an accuracy control plan throughout the CTV hull construction process, which can effectively improve the accuracy of the CTV on-scene hull construction.
