摘要
当前,高校劳动教育融入资助育人体系主要存在劳动教育工作起步晚、资助形式需转变、育人体系有待完善等问题。将劳动教育融入资助育人体系有助于劳动教育工作的开展和立体资助育人体系的构建,从而实现从助人到育人的转变,培养学生的感恩之心。为此,高校应该加强对学生劳动意识、劳动习惯和劳动精神的培养,构建劳动教育体系,强化劳动实践育人环节,多渠道拓展劳动教育平台,实现劳动教育与资助育人体系的深度融合。
At present,the integration of labor education into the funding system in colleges and universities mainly has the problems,such as the late start of labor education work,the need to change the form of aid and to perfect the education system.Therefore,we should strengthen the cultivation of students'labor consciousness,working habits and working spirit,construct the labor education system,strengthen the link of labor practice and education,expand the platform of labor education through many channels,and realize the deep integration of labor education and the system of subsidizing and educating people.
