摘要 幼儿教师职业的性别隔离导致女性教师在幼儿教育领域中占绝大多数,而男性教师在很大程度上被隔离在这一领域之外。幼儿教师职业性别隔离强化了幼儿教育的母职属性,固化了幼儿教师群体的性别结构,影响了幼儿的健康发展。为了消除幼儿教师职业的性别隔离现象,政府要加强引导,转变社会观念;幼儿园要合理用人,营造良好环境;男教师要善于打造和谐的人际关系。 The occupational gender segregation of preschool teachers has led to a large concentration of female teachers in the field of preschool education,while male teachers are largely isolated from this field.The occupational gender segregation of preschool teachers has strengthened the maternal attribute of preschool education,solidified the gender structure of preschool teachers,and affected the healthy development of children.In order to eliminate the occupational gender segregation of preschool teachers,the government should strengthen the guidance and change the social concept.Kindergartens should reasonably choose and employ people to create a good environment;Male teachers should be good at building harmonious interpersonal relationships.
