针刺结合耳穴治疗肝阳上亢型血管神经性头痛疗效观察

Efficacy observation of acupuncture and auricular therapy on angioneurotic headache of liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome

目的:观察针刺结合耳穴疗法治疗肝阳上亢型血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例肝阳上亢型血管神经性头痛患者按照随机数字表法分为两组各30例,对照组予单纯针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予耳穴综合疗法治疗。治疗前后评价两组头痛疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。两组治疗后VAS评分比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:针刺结合耳穴治疗肝阳上亢型血管神经性头痛,能够明显改善患者头痛症状,疗效优于单纯针刺疗法。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and auricular therapy on angioneurotic headache of liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome.Methods:60 cases of patients with angioneurotic headache of liveryang hyperactivity syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated simply with acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated by comprehensive auricular therapy on the basis of control group.Before and after treatment,the efficacy of headache was evaluated in both groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,while the total effective rate of control group was 80.0%.Compare the total effective rate between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05),and the efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group.Compared VAS score between two groups after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of angioneurotic headache of liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome,acupuncture and auricular therapy can obviously improve the headache symptoms of patients,and the curative effect is better than simple acupuncture.
