摘要
采用盐酸三乙胺-氯化铁离子液体作为吸收剂,对H2S进行了吸收实验。讨论了温度、摩尔比、除硫次数以及添加ZnCl2对吸收硫容的影响。结果表明,温度较高或较低时,H2S的吸收受到抑制。盐酸三乙胺与氯化铁的摩尔比为1.5:1时,离子液体吸收的效果最好。通过除硫,离子液体可以多次使用。当ZnCl2与离子液体的摩尔比为0.05:1时,离子液体的硫容高于不添加ZnCl2离子液体的硫容。
The absorption experiment of H2S was carried out with triethylamine hydrochloride-ferric chloride ionic liquid as absorbent.The effects of temperature,molar ratio,number of sulfur removal and ZnCl2 addition on sulfur absorption capacity were discussed.The results show that the absorption of H2S is inhibited when the temperature is too high or too low.When the molar ratio of triethylamine hydrochloride to ferric chloride is 1.5:1,the absorption effect of ionic liquid is the best.By removing sulfur,ionic liquid can be used for many times.When the molar ratio of ZnCl2 to ionic liquid is 0.05:1,the sulfur capacity of ionic liquid is higher than that of ionic liquid without ZnCl2.
