摘要
安阳钢铁集团有限公司1780热连轧在生产过程中,高压水除鳞系统两个高压储水罐出水不同步,导致钢材质量受到严重影响。使用较少的改造成本,很好地解决了水罐不同步问题。
In the production process of the 1780 continuous rolling hot strip mill of Anyang Steel,the two high-pressure water storage tanks of the high-pressure water descaling system were out of sync,which seriously affected the steel quality.With low transformation cost,the problem of water tank out of synchronization was successfully solved.
