摘要
针对某钢厂三点式球铰吊挂与托圈出现异响,吊挂销轴座与托圈焊接部位撕裂。通过原因分析及检修修复达到转炉正常使用要求,避免重大安全事故发生。
An abnormal sound between the three-point spherical hinge hanger and the supporting ring in a steel plant occurred and the welding part between the hanger pin and the supporting ring was torn.Through cause analysis and repair,the converter was restored to meet the requirements of normal operation,avoiding a major safety accident.
