广西清代边防遗址包括陆防遗址和海防遗址两部分,具有重大历史意义和文物价值。对其进行数字化保护,既有文物保护的必要,也是时代诉求的必然。广西清代边防遗址的数字化保护始于运用图形图像数据采集技术、空间数据获取技术、空间数据分析技术和三维建模技术等建立边防遗址数字化资料库,包括边防建筑遗址数据库、边防遗址史料数据库、边防民俗文化数据库三个部分。在此基础上创作生产影视娱乐作品、民族特色产品、公共文化产品和文化景观等作为保护成果载体,以进一步进行保护性开发。

The frontier defense sites of the Qing Dynasty in Guangxi,including the land defense sites and the marine ones,are of great historical significance and cultural relics.To carry on the digital protection is the requirement of cultural relic protection and also the times.This began with the establishment of digital databases of frontier defense sites in Guangxi including the Guangxi frontier construction site database,the historical data database of frontier defense sites and the Guangxi border folk culture database,which adopted the technology of graphic and image data acquisition,spatial data analysis and three-dimensional modeling.On this basis,the production of film,television and entertainment works,products with national characteristics,public cultural products and cultural landscape shall be taken as carriers to further protect and develop the achievements.
