西藏高原地区集装箱养殖凡纳滨对虾入池前水质条件筛选

摘要 为了探索西藏高原地区集装箱循环水养殖凡纳滨对虾的可行性,初步对虾苗入池前的水质条件进行了初步筛选,以期降低凡纳滨对虾的养殖风险,提高其养殖产量。以地下井水为水源,用微生态制剂和小球藻剂调节水质,投放体长为0.5-0.8 cm的“正大”虾苗。实验设置为工业盐水和海水晶两大组,采取连续观察的方法,研究入池前两组虾苗在不同温度、pH和盐度条件下的适应情况,48h后统计其死亡率。结果显示:工业盐组的虾苗在1h内全部死亡,而海水晶组的死亡数量较少后期稳定存活。其中,养殖温度为28℃、pH8.4,且盐度为5‰处理组的虾苗死亡率最低,分别为5%、8%和5%。上述结果表明,凡纳滨对虾可以适应西藏高原地区的水质条件,且海水晶调制的养殖水体条件比工业盐更适合虾苗生长。同时,该实验为开展西藏高原地区凡纳滨对虾的苗种养殖条件提供基础参考数据。 In order to explore the feasibility of culturing Penaeus vannamei in the long water of the container circulating body in Tibet Plateau,the underground well water was used as the water source,and the micro ecological agent and Chlorella were used to regulate the water quality,and 0.5-0.8cm prawn seedlings were put in.The experiment was set up in two groups:industrial salt group and Haijing group.Before entering the pond,the adaptability of two groups of shrimp seedlings under different temperature,pH and salinity conditions was studied.The method of continuous observation was adopted for 48 hours,and the mortality rate was calculated.The results showed that all the shrimp seedlings in the industrial salt group died within 50 minutes,compared with the sea crystal group,the number of death was less and survived stably in the later stage,among which,the death rate of shrimp seedlings in pH8.4,salinity 5‰ and temperature 28℃ was the lowest,5%,8%and 5%,respectively.The above results show that the shrimp can adapt to the water quality conditions of Tibet Plateau,and the sea crystal water body is more suitable for the growth of shrimp seedlings than the industrial salt.At the same time,this experiment provides a basic reference for the culture and water quality conditions of Penaeus vannamei in Tibet Plateau.
