摘要
工程项目的四标体系管理是整合所有项目管理业务的综合性业务,四标体系管理的有效运用可以使项目的管理水平得到持续提升,从而促进项目获得良好的经济效益。通过论述四标管理体系在大中型项目施工策划及项目前期的建立、风险识别、机遇把控,项目中后期的运行维持等内容,提出各阶段的工作方法及解决措施,阐述体系管理在建造施工全过程的增效作用。
The four standard system management of engineering project is a comprehensive business integrating all project management businesses.The effective application of the four standard system management can continuously improve the management level of the project,so as to promote the project to obtain good economic benefits.This paper discusses the four standard management system in the construction planning of large and medium-sized projects,the establishment of the early stage of the project,risk identification,opportunity control,and the operation and maintenance of the middle and later stages of the project,puts forward the working methods and solutions in each stage,and expounds the efficiency effect of system management in the whole process of construction.
