盾构气压开仓换刀作业监理控制要点研究

Research on Key Points of Supervision and Control of Shield Machine Atmospheric Pressure Opening and Chamber Blade Changing

地铁盾构区间施工中,经常会进行气压开仓作业对刀具进行检查及更换,气压开仓作业因专业性要求高、准备工作要求高、作业风险性高,一直是盾构施工安全管控的重点。从监理单位安全管控的角度,对气压开仓作业进行安全管控要点的研究,从开仓准备工作、开仓前的条件验收及开仓过程中的监理管控3个方面对气压开仓监理管控要点进行研究总结,提出盾构气压开仓的监理控制要点,并在工程实践中进行应用和验证,为气压开仓安全创造良好的条件,为今后气压开仓作业提供借鉴和参考。

In the construction of shield interval,after a long distance driving or encountering the sections with high abrasion of cutting tools such as upper soft and lower hard rock and sandstone,it is often necessary to carry out the opening operation to check and replace the cutting tools.Atmospheric pressure chamber opening is a more commonly used method.Atmospheric pressure chamber opening operation has always been focus with the shield construction safety control,because the need of professional skill,well preparation requirements and high risk failure.From the perspective of safety management and control of the supervisory unit,this article will studies the key pints of safety management and control of atmospheric pressure chamber opening operation,summarizes the key point of supervision and control and creates good conditions for safety of the opening operation.
