泡沫轻质土在高速公路桥头路基填筑中的应用及效益 被引量:9

摘要 通过对泡沫轻质土进行配合比设计,结合工程实际应用,分析其在高速公路桥头路基填筑的适用性。研究结果表明:配合比设计试验FC-1和FC-2可以满足距离路面结构层底部不同位置对泡沫轻质土设计性能要求,可用于实际施工;泡沫轻质土用于桥台回填可以在台后直立填筑、减少侧压力、解决台前锥坡放坡问题、减少桥跨和改善桥台跳车;泡沫轻质土综合单价为360.5元/m3,与土方综合单价75元/m3相比,是其成本的5倍左右,会增加工程造价。研究结果对泡沫轻质土在高速公路桥头路基填筑中的应用具有重要的指导作用。 Through the design of the mix ratio of the foamed lightweight soil and the practical application of the project,the applicability of the filling of the bridgehead of the expressway is analyzed.The research results show that the mix design tests FC-1 and FC-2 can meet the design performance requirements of the foamed lightweight soil at different positions from the bottom of the pavement structural layer,and can be used in actual construction;the foamed lightweight soil can be used in the bridge backfill rear upright filling,reducing side pressure,solving the problem of front slope reduction,reducing bridge span and improving bridge abutment;the unit price of foamed light soil is 360.5 yuan/m3,compared with the earthwork unit price of 75 yuan/m3.It is about 5 times its cost,which will increase the cost of the project.The research results have an important guiding role in the application of foamed lightweight soil in the filling of highway bridgehead.
