摘要
大数据时代迫使图书馆的读者服务工作进行转型,以利于读者更好的利用图书馆的资源。文章概述了大数据和其特征,分析了当前图书馆读者服务的现状,指出其服务理念、服务水平、服务队伍中的不足,探讨了大数据环境下图书馆读者服务工作的转变方向,包括从信息到知识、从一般到个性、从被动到主动,最后就如何深化图书馆读者服务工作提出了针对性的建议。
The era of big data forces the library reader service to transform,in order to help readers better use of library resources.This paper summarizes the data and its characteristics,analyzes the present situation of the library reader service,and points out the insufficiency of service concept,service level and service team.Then it discusses the direction of the library reader service work under the big data environment,from information to knowledge,from the general to the individual,from passive to active.Finally it put forward the suggestions on how to deepen the service work for readers of the library.
