The Establishment and Development of Independent Defence Think Tank with Chinese Characteristics

[目的/意义]独立防务智库是对中国人民解放军"军事智力"建设有益的补充,也是必要的协同,进行国防信息与战略研究领域的军民融合,也是必然的发展之路。[方法/过程]对独立防务智库本质的认知、体系建设的原则、研究的方法论、思想产品线的体系架构、如何进行战略传播等几个方面进行探讨。[结果/结论]根据中国特色有所取舍,建立专业化、独立性的防务智库,进而缩小与发达国家的"军事智力"差距。

[Purpose/significance]The independent defence think tank is a useful supplement to the"military intelligence"construction of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army,and also a necessary synergy.The integration of military and civilian in the field of national defence information and strategy study is an inevitable development path.[Method/process]This paper discusses the cognition of the essence of the independent defence think tank,the principles of system construction,the methodology of research,the architecture of the product line of thoughts,and the way of strategic communication.[Result/conclusion]This paper proposes that the establishment of a professional and independent defence think tank should be based on the characteristics of China to narrow the gap with developed countries in"military intelligence".
