摘要
[目的/意义]建设和完善高校智库机制,提升高校智库效能亟待加强。本文结合高校的智库建设现状及实践经验,探索高校智库效能的影响因素。[方法/过程]本文以高校智库为研究对象,以高校智库的相关工作人员及高校教职工为调研对象,对201份调查问卷用SPSS18.0进行数据分析,通过相关分析和回归分析探究学科协同对学科服务绩效及高校智库效能的影响;学科服务绩效对高校智库效能的影响以及学科服务绩效的中介作用。[结果/结论]研究表明学科协同视域下,知识共享和团队结构均对学科服务绩效中的吸收能力、创新能力和科研能力有显著的正向影响,同时对高校智库效能也有正向影响;学科服务绩效中部分维度对智库效能有显著影响;吸收能力和创新能力在学科协同与高校智库效能之间具有中介作用。数据分析显示加入吸收能力和创新能力后知识共享和团队结构对高校智库效能的影响比其直接影响更加显著,因此本文从知识共享、团队组建、个体和团队的学习能力3个方面提出促进高校智库发展的建议。
[Purpose/significance]In order to strengthen the university think tank and improve its efficiency,this paper analyzes its current situation,combined with practical experience,explores the influence factors of the university think tank effectiveness.[Method/process]This paper takes the university think tanks as the research objects,and issues the questionnaire to the related staff of the university think tank and the university staff.By SPSS18.0,it analyzes the data of 201 valid questionnaires.Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis,it explores the influence of discipline cooperation on the performance of discipline service and the efficiency of university think tank;the influence of discipline service performance on the efficiency of university think tank;as well as the mediating effect of discipline service performance.[Result/conclusion]The results show that both knowledge sharing and team structure have significant positive effects on the absorptive capacity,innovative ability and scientific research ability of discipline service performance,as well as the university think tanks effectiveness;some dimensions of the discipline service performance have significant effects on the think tanks effectiveness;absorptive capacity and innovative ability have the mediating effect between the discipline collaboration and the university think tank effectiveness.The data analysis shows that the influence of knowledge sharing and team structure on the effectiveness of university think tanks is more significant than its direct impact.Therefore,this paper puts forward advice on how to promote the development of university think tanks from three aspects:knowledge sharing,team building,individual and team learning ability.
