摘要 针对双级推料离心机应用在薄层滤饼上产生爬坡导致推料停止的问题,对滤饼形成及爬坡原因做了分析.研究了双级推料离心机加速盘、转鼓、转速等对滤饼的影响,优化设计了离心加速盘、锥转鼓结构及转速参数,达到减小滤饼对转鼓的正压力的目的.改变了滤饼在推料过程中的受力情况,解决了滤饼爬坡导致推料停止的问题,在实际生产应用中取得良好的效果. In view of the problem of pusher stopping caused by the pile-up in the thin filter cake in a two-stage pusher centrifuge,the filter cake formation and pile-up causes were analyzed.The influence of structural parameters such as accelerating disk,basket and speed of the two-stage pusher centrifuge on filter cake was studied.The existing design of the centrifugal accelerating disk,basket structure and rotational speed was optimized and the purpose of reducing the positive pressure of the filter cake in the basket was achieved.Force of the filter cake during the pushing process was changed,and the pusher stopping problem caused by solid phase pile-up on the thin filter cake was solved,and good effect was achieved in practical production applications.
