摘要
大数据技术引发的新科技革命不仅改变了企业的管理范式和生产经营过程,还改变了企业的创新模式。在此背景下,企业竞争的知识化和智能化使企业文化对企业创新的影响力大为增强。创新文化驱动企业创新的实现机制主要包括,培育多维度的创新精神、变革组织结构和营造创新氛围三个方面。在企业创新过程中,创新精神需兼容大数据技术并不断融合于制度化的智能型学习组织和非制度化的企业创新氛围之中,进而构建起具有大数据时代特征的企业创新文化体系。对企业创新文化进行结构性和功能性的理论分析,不但有助于我们更加深刻地理解大数据背景下企业创新文化在构成企业核心竞争力过程中的动力机制,而且这一分析框架对企业创新机理的进一步探讨有着一定的理论价值。
The new technology revolution caused by big data technology has not only changed the management paradigm and operation process of enterprises,but also changed the enterprise innovation mode.In this context,the intellectualization and intelligence of competition make the influence of corporate culture on innovation greatly enhanced.The mechanism of enterprise innovation driven by innovation culture mainly includes three aspects:cultivating multi-dimensional innovative spirit,transforming the organizational structure and creating the innovative atmosphere.In the process of enterprise innovation,the innovation spirit needs to be compatible with big data technology and constantly integrated into the institutionalized intelligent learning organization and the non-institutionalized enterprise innovation atmosphere,so as to build the enterprise innovation culture system with the characteristics of big data era.Structural and functional conceptual analysis of corporate innovation culture will not only help us to understand the dynamic mechanism of corporate innovation culture in the process of forming the core competitiveness of corporate in the context of big data,but also this analytical framework may have some theoretical value for further exploration of the corporate innovation mechanism.
