乡村文化助推乡村振兴的困境与对策探究——基于青岛实践的分析

Research on the Predicament and Countermeasure of Rural Revitalization Prompted Rural Culture--Analysis based on Qingdao Practice

乡村文化是乡村的根脉与灵魂,是乡村振兴的内在助推力。充分发挥乡村文化对乡村振兴的助推作用,振兴乡村文化,是乡村振兴的应有之义。基于青岛市乡村文化助推乡村振兴的实践,分析其现存困境及原因,继而从深入挖掘和开发乡村文化资源、构建乡村文化振兴协调机制、完善乡村文化振兴的支持系统、提升乡村文化振兴主体性和创新性等方面提出对策建议。

Rural culture is the root and soul of the countryside,and the internal impetus of rural revitalization.To revitalize the countryside,it’s crucial to revitalize rural culture and give full play to the role of rural culture in boosting rural revitalization.Based on the practice of promoting rural revitalization by rural culture in Qingdao,this paper analyzes its existing difficulties and reasons,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of in-depth excavation and development of rural cultural resources,construction of coordination mechanism for rural cultural revitalization,improvement of the support system for rural cultural revitalization,and promotion of the subjectivity and innovation of rural cultural revitalization.
